Service Delivery Policy

This Service Delivery Policy details how Optimum Technology Group LLC scopes, authors, delivers, and verifies client deliverables for all IT consulting and technical architecture engagements.

1. How Work is Scoped

Every consulting engagement is scoped through a written project specification or formal Statement of Work (SOW). Scopes define project objectives, architectural boundaries, system components, milestones, and explicit deliverable formats. Work outside the written scope requires a written addendum.

2. Deliverable Handover & Formats

Deliverables are provided in industry-standard electronic engineering formats. These include digital PDF architecture blueprints, OpenAPI/Swagger YAML/JSON schemas, entity-relationship diagrams (ERDs), cloud Infrastructure as Code (IaC) templates, and comprehensive technical documentation repositories delivered securely via encrypted channels.

3. Timelines Agreed in Writing

Delivery milestones and completion timelines are agreed upon in writing prior to kickoff. Standard delivery schedules range from one to three weeks depending on the selected package tier. Timelines commence only after the client has provided all necessary technical inputs, repository access, and onboarding materials.

4. Client Responsibilities & Dependencies

Timely deliverable handover requires client cooperation. Clients agree to furnish required technical documentation, clarify business workflows, and participate in scheduled discovery sessions. Any delays in client responses will extend project delivery timelines accordingly.

5. Review & Formal Acceptance

Clients have a review period of five (5) business days following deliverable handover to inspect documentation and request technical clarifications or adjustments within the agreed scope. Deliverables are deemed accepted if no written revisions are submitted within this review window.

6. Confidentiality & Security of Deliverables

All deliverable documents, system schematics, and client system data are stored and transmitted using enterprise-grade encryption. We maintain strict confidentiality protocols and will never share or publish your platform designs without express written consent.
